Despite some merits and demerits, we know two types of government in the modern world and they are democratic system and autocratic system. The main function of the both types of government is to rule the nation.In a democratic system, public opinion is clearly reflected as the government is established by the direct support of the people.On the contrary, autocratic system government is not at all people oriented. Autocratic system government comes to power ignoring and disregarding public opinion or discussion.In a democratic system government cannot be despotic as the citizens of a country can change the government and establish a new one in accordance with their needs .In the democratic system government, people are the source of all power that we know, on the contrary, in an autocratic system government comes overpowering the established government . From the time when a democratic government is a government by the people not overpower, I think so,if most of the people are careless and ignorant, unskilled government is bound to be established. Some say that it is a rule of the ignorant public. On the other hand , in case a despotic government becomes both moral and ideal , the people can be more benefited. A democratic government system is suitable for the conscious and educated people . However , the success of a government depends on the mentality of the people and the members of the government.
